Returns
If for any reason there is a problem with your purchase or you have changed your mind, we will be happy to accept a return in 14 days of receipt.
We will only accept unworn returns in perfect condition for a refund or exchange, unless faulty.
All items must be returned with the original labels attatched. Any free gifts must be returned with the item unused.
All returns must be accompanied by the original despatch note as proof of purchase.
The customer is responsible for postage costs to return items.
We will refund the price paid for the items. This will not include any postage costs incurred.
We suggest using a tracked service (i.e Recorded mail) and keep your proof of postage when returning your item, as we will not be liable to refund any items that are lost in transit.
Worn items that are returned faulty will be assessed for wear and tear, and may be sent to the manufacturer for a report. 49 Degrees will not be able to give reassurances or replacements during this period.
