- Where can we ship to? We mostly ship to the UK but also ship to Europe and elsewhere. Please note for anywhere outside of the UK you may have to pay a custom tax on your item/s.
- What's your shipping process? We house all of our products in store/on site (this includes website stock) all of our orders are packaged in house and we aim to post either the same day or within 24 hours. We do note that due to the location and weather conditions we are susceptible to here on the islands it can take slightly longer getting to you.
- Can I exchange my item or return and refund? Yes you can! If we have the product/size you would like to exchange for we can do that for you, however we do not cover the shipping costs for this or for refunds.
- What do I do if want a product thats out of stock? Pop us an email at email@example.com and we can let you know if and when it will be coming back in stock, we'll then update you when it is!
- What's your size guide for products? We aim to have all measurements on the product details of your chosen product, if you still need further help or advice feel free to pop us an email.
- Can I change my postal address? Yes! Providing we haven't sent your parcel yet (we send you an email once it's been posted) then we are happy to change the address.
